The app kept crashing it didn't show me where I was on the ship, I couldn't see which credit card was on file, I couldn't get in the customer service que - had to wait 1 hr 40 minutes to fix the delaminating card. Couldn't see my spa appt in the app. The crew always answered ,"it pays the bills" when we asked if they liked working for carnival. Seems like they are unhappy in general. Please make the pizzas faster. Always a huge long slow line.

They were still disembarking an hour after our embarkation time. Line was very long outside and then again inside then we waited even longer in a holding area. So glad we parked across the street.

The main restaurants food was great! We did not like the sushi or Fahrenheit 55. Italian restaurant was nice.

Enjoyed hot tub but it was always full, soccer pool needs a back up of new balls...they were old and some missing. The arcade didn't work (we tried sriping our cards but nothing ever happened). I max was nice. Liked the waterside, sky ride and obstacle ropes course. Played the table shuffleboard a lot too.

Some employees were awesome. Allen came by our table and fid some amazing card tricks! And some of our wait staff was great! We couldn't figure out how to request the same table again each night. Some days we waited an hour for food in the dining room and other days just 10 minutes.

Please have signs that say "aft" and "fwd" when you come to a new section or off the elevator and stairs. I was lost 90% of the time.
