We have never had a bad experience on Carnival. At least, one that cannot be overcome by having a positive attitude.

Food and Dining

From Embarkation Day lunch at Guy's Burgers which is always a MUST, to Taco/Burrito bar to Marketplace Omelettes Your way, to Pizza 24/7 and what more can I say about our MDR culinary experience. It's ALL good!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I looked over the equipment in the Fitness Center, and thought to myself, Nice! Then turned around and walked away. I'd a personal trainer just to understand How To use the machines. We did not attempt the Ropes course or SkyRide that looked interesting, but deferred til after Knee surgery to revisit. Hot Tubs can be crowded, but I did find on Serenity deck an empty one. Must have been missing out on something else the rest of the ship knew about at the time.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Wonderful , as usual. Wifey thought the scantily clad dancers were a turn-off. and vulgar language on the first performance made her not want to come back. Other than that, the performances were exciting and entertaining.
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
We were not traveling with children, but I did stop and talk to the Ocean Camp director about a future cruise with our 6 (soon to be 7) grandaughter who has Autism. They reassured me that they have people available to handle special needs children.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We only had a brief time in the MDR when we experienced a delay before receiving our main entree and coffee as requested. But overall service and entertaining tricks of slight of hand were outstanding.
Ship Quality

No complaints. Just a new ship #Vista for us to learn the differences.
Cabin / Stateroom

Nice size, plenty of storage and well attended to.
We've had a better experience on previous cruise. Long line to the Parking shuttle on a cool windy day. but I am told it was due to a late arrival at the port.
