Literally just walked through security and straight to the ship. No issues. Took maybe 15 minutes once inside the building.

We didn’t try any specialty restaurants but did try guy’s Pig and Anchor BBQ. Not as good as guys burgers but still great! We mainly ate the buffet as the dining room didn’t didn’t have a lot of appealing options to us during our trip. Overall, the food was good though!

Never a dull and boring night, especially with the cruise director Schwartz. Schwartz was amazing.

Our room steward, Fauzian remembered us by name and greeted us every time we went back or came from our room. Always friendly and nice! Buffet staff was incredible, dining staff wasn’t the greatest. But I think that’s because we had anytime dining and you can only be so personal in one sitting.

The inside cabin was very roomy, and exactly what we wanted. It keeps us out of the room more often and allows us to get better sleep!
Ship tip
If you’re doing anytime dining, or having to because other options were fully booked, you should be warned that even if there is two of you and you asked not be seated with other people, their version of not sitting with other people is a two person table next to another two person table about 2-3ft away from you, and then a 4 person table 2-3 feet away from that table. Not allowing for personal/private conversations to stay private, sadly.
I love Cozumel, it’s been my favorite port I’ve been to so far. I’ve been here three times and I just love the feeling and layout of Cozumel. Unfortunately we chose Pasion Island and had a very average time. The beach was dirty with a lot of debris from the ocean, which I get not all but some could have been cleaned up. The water wasn’t in the best condition due to weather, not carnival or Passion Islands fault, I know. But the all inclusive alcoholic drinks were very disappointing. They’re weren’t tasty. They were all pre-made into a giant water cooler and it didn’t matter what you order rum punch, Caribbean cooler, they both tasted the same. It all tasted like watered down alcohol with a little bit of flavoring. The score I’m giving is for Cozumel, as its not asking about the excursion.
I wasn’t too happy with Belize, unfortunately. It was fun to ride the tender boat there. But once you got there, it seemed like just a really long pier full of only shopping and people trying to hassle you to go on the tours. Looking back, we should have done a tour or something because besides shopping, there wasn’t much to this port.
First time at mahogany bay, and we did the magical flying chairs excursion and had a blast! The water was beautiful, the weather was hot but made the ocean feel so great. Our package came with free floats and kayaking as well. So we were able to get a float into the ocean and just lay back and enjoy the sun and water.
Disembarkation was SUPER long. They had everyone going down to deck three, the elevator lobby on deck three got so full that they had to turn the elevators off until room cleared up. Once off the ship, took another 30-40 minutes to clear customs. Not the best disembarkation I’ve been through.
