Review summary

Between my girls getting followed around, sexually harassed and the first security guard not giving a crap and not helping the man roamed free able to hurt other for 3 days till after complaining and finding someone who cared the man was kicked off.. thank god he didn’t hurt anyone else.. the cabin I prepaid Gratuities on was terrible service terrible room it was just all terrible in the room that I didn’t pay the prepaid gratuities on had a really good steward that tended to everyone’s needs and was always happy smiling.. the extra money for family harbor was not worth it, kids sat in their unattended calling everyone the “n” word and my 7 year old son was called a little bitch cause he has a nice phone... it was Ridiculous... If I had it my way I would’ve asked for a full refund for both of my rooms the entire cruise after my girls and myself were treated the way we were with the first security guard no one should ever feel in danger for three days walking around looking over your shoulder because no one wants to help you..

I only give a one because of one security guard that treated us like crap and allowed a man to roam the ship after sexually harassing my teen age girls then after calling and complaining several times we found some one who cared and would listen and the man was actually kicked off the ship in Jamaica 3 days after the first incident.. thank god no one got hurt

It was ok once you learned the lay out but it did take until about day 4 or 5 to learn so a 3 day trip would have sucked even worse

This cabin was great and so was the steward. We had another cabin and it sucked and so did the service

Ship tip

Be careful for you kids, some security don’t care if they get hurt, if grown men offer them alcohol and grab them and ask to go to their room!!

I had a similar experience on the Splendor a year ago, however it was with a passenger. My daughter (10) was in the hot tub, and we were sitting on the lounge chairs right there. The "guy" was sitting next to my daughter and was rubbing here and touching her and she started screaming. He also was doing this to a 16 year old girl as well who also reported it and another 10 year old girl in the same hot tub. Long story short, he was arrested when we got back to port and held in the jail on board until we got back to home port. Very Scary! So sorry you experienced this.
