Wow! Beni (maybe Benialphia) was our dining attendant. She was beyond helpful with recommendations, getting new food because I didn’t care for something, And a big smile while welcoming us by name each visit. I am a few weeks out of shoulder surgery and she took the time to help cut my food so it was easier for me to eat. She embodies the spirit of customer service. She deserves a raise and promotion! Pedro, our room steward also dazzled me. He helped with everything I needed and kept me smiling with the towel animals. Even seeing him around the boat he knew our names and made us feel at home. What a gem. Don’t lose him!
