Very clean ship and great staff. Matt was the best Cruise Director we have ever had on our cruises (25+). Steak and eggs on the sea days brunch were awesome. Ocean and sunsets were beautiful from our balconies.

Very easy, gets better every time. Just had to show passport an then we were able to go right onboard. No lines to wait in. Picked up keys in room.

Drinks are too pricey with not much alcohol. Food was good, but not as good as other ships.
Onboard Activities

Activities were fun. Had lots of things to do. Massage in spa was great until they try and sell you everything and ruin the experience. Casino was too smokey and didn't pay at all. Don't waste your money here. Most slots you couldn't even tell how much a pull was and didn't even try and tease you by paying occasionally.

Musicians were great. Piano man would have been good if he wasn't fighting a cold/cough. He still tried and did ok.
Service and Staff

Waiters were great, especially in dining room (Horizons, table 714). Were very accomodating and danced every night at dinner. Room steward, Michelle was great. She was in and out without every disturbing us and made cute towel animals.

Cruise Director - Matt was a lot of fun, very kind and full of energy!
Went to Maya Key. Great island, food and staff! Port area at Mahogany Bay was very clean and people didn't bother you, trying to sell you everything. They allowed you to look in their shops without any hassle.
Ziplining and cave tubing were great. Shopping would have been better if they would let you shop without everyone hasseling you trying to get your business (I understand they need it though)
Went to Mr. Sanchos. Beach area was crowded and although drinks tasted good, they didn't seem to have much alcohol in them. Food was good and staff were great. Overall a good deal and time! Shopping in Cozumel was a hassle here too, but not as bad as Belize.
