They need to organize holiday stuff for the holidays that fall on their cruise dates. Food was great and the people were great except the ones cleaning the rooms. They are over worked. Cruise director was below par comparably to other cruise. He needs tips from Valor's cruise director. Over all I would give the ship 3 stars. All my other cruises got 5 stars.

As always, evening dining has the best food ever. Would have to go to 6 star restaurants to compare. Buffet good stand some improvement, but satisfactory.

Comedy shows were the best thing there. Shows were not that good. What happened to Halloween party and costume contest? NONE!!! That's why I go on Halloween cruises, but nothing.

DJ's music were mediocre, but acted like they wanted to be somewhere else. No excitement.

Dinner and buffet staff were number 1, but room care were below par and the people looked over worked having 2 people to take care of all the rooms between the elevator per side of ship. They had bad attitudes because of it.

Cabin / Stateroom

The bed was very comfortable and they did good job cleaning it, but was always well after lunch before they could get to my room because they had so many to clean. The size was too small. Believe balcony rooms should be larger than the ones 2nd floor without balcony. These rooms seem smaller than the same rooms on Freedom, Magic, etc...
Ship tip
Be sure and bring a 3-way plug and small extension cord. Possibly a USB block. Only 2 USB adapters in room which is different than the older ships.
I'm very confused as well. Another cruiser on the same Cruise said there was a Halloween costume contest. It also sounds like Matt Mitchum was the cruise director. I've never heard anyone complain of him before.
I’m confused about your comments about nothing for Halloween since others posted reviews of the exact same cruise dates and mentioned great decorations and activities for children and adults for Halloween including costume parties.
