Again, I love cruising. I learned I do not care for Vista class ships
Embarkation

Went very smoothly
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
First let me say, I love Carnival cruises. However, I am not impressed with the Vista. We are at the main dining room and the buffet and neither were “write home about” quality
Now, Guy’s burgers is another story...amazing as always
Onboard Activities

Didn’t use these things
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Saw the show Flick and it was okay. Several of the individual acts were amazing! Lefty Lucy was great! John (with guitar) was great! The trip of young women with violins was wonderful! And we loved Tony Ward in the piano bar. We opened and closed every night!
Service and Staff

Agnelo was our room steward and he was great! Our waitstaff in the dining room consisted of Uan, Annie & Joel. We never lacked for anything. They were all wonderful
Ship Quality

Cleanliness...perfect! Design? I do not like this ship! Some how you have made a huge ship that feels tiny and cramped. We will start at the front in the main lounge where the shows are. It is now only 2 decks high, no comfortable seating, no tables(to hold miscellaneous stuff like bingo cards, etc). There is now a bar inside the lounge that takes up s big part of the room there is but heaven help us if we can’t get a drink in 5 seconds! We went to bingo there the last night because it was for a cruise and there was only about 30 people even in there...
There are several little bitty shops onboard that may hold 5 or 6 people and they’re scattered about. One little shop had more expensive jewelry and I never saw anyone in it all week!
We had a balcony cabin and closet space and drawer space is less. Balcony space seemed the same.
Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were comfortable. Closet and drawer space less than on other class ships.
Again, Our excursion was fantastic! We did the Tabasco Chef Maestro cooking class with Chef Luis and it was wonderful!
Other than that, Cozumel is just ok
