Review summary

Carnival did not handle the ship breaking situation very well. When I found out about it the would not give me a refund when I asked for one. They waited until I got there, got checked in, and the ships about to sail to offer a refund to get off the ship. I had my whole family, there was no time and the boats about to leave.

The staff had to go above and beyond, because carnival held us captives on a ship going to destinations we didn’t pay for.
