Review summary

Overall we had a good time. Everyone on the ship was friendly except the lady in the gift shop and one at the guest services desk. Embarkation was pretty quick and easy but debarkation was a nightmare. Matt was an awesome cruise director.

Be prepared for a terrible debarkation because that was the worst part of the experience for me

It was very disorganized. We went where Carnival told us to go and when we got there they sent us somewhere else. When we got there, they sent us back. We were faster to the fun and one of the last to disembark. Just a little frustrating.

We cruised on the Vista June of last year. Our disembarking went very quick and smooth. We were on the 9 the floor so we didn't have to wait as long to get off the ship cause they started at the top and went down after the VIPs etc. I guess you just had a bad day for them. It sucks. We got off the breeze a couple years ago and it was the same way but the year before it was great. I guess it's Hit or miss.
