Was put into several lines before we even got not the building...then the computer was not working to process us.

Overall, food was good..only one dinner in main dining room was not edible.

Visited serenity...no servers...cushions on lounges were torn and tattered. We did the sky ride, which was fun...employees were rude .

I have never been so disappointed. Hands down the worst service on this ship. I did not have one good experience with any employee. No one smiled,no eye contact no conversation at all. The casino was the worst experience, the waitstaff was rude and put out when ordering drinks, I had to leave my slot machine because the server wanted to charge me twice and I had to clear it up with the casino host. I could go on and on....

Comfort, size and cleanliness was good. Asked for turndown service twice a day but only received it when we would have to call and ask again for it.

As of august 2018 they changed crew and ship relocated, maybe a lot f new hires, last year in May we had a great experience.

Was on the Vista last May and it was a great cruise. Food could be better but everything was good. I would never cruise during spring break. Did it once and will never again. Maybe that was the issue?

Just got off the Vista last weekend. Found embarkation easy. All the staff I interacted with were great. Food was good. We had evening turn down only and it was always done. Our steward always greeted us by name. We didn’t go to the casino and were not in the serenity area much due to crowds. Great cruise.

Just came back from a cruise on the Vista. We had a Havana Cabana. Do not recommend the Havana area. Outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and it had nonstop loud techno music on an over and over loop. Awful unless you enjoy auditory torture. The rest of the ship was nice.
