Review summary

7 night out of Galveston stopping in Cozumel, Belize and Roatan. The port of Galveston is old and not very efficient. The cruise, and the vista were ok, but the ship was extremely overcrowded. The pools were overcrowded with not enough seating.

We were on an hour before our scheduled time and never had a problem with overcrowding... hmmmm

We were just on the Vista in May and we never had a problem with finding seats 💺 or space in the pools... WE LOVED IT! Can’t wait for 2020!💙🛳

The "original" cruise terminal is actually a converted former warehouse. Number 2 is new purpose-built, but I don't think it really loads any faster. Note that both used to have a rail switchyard in front and they still have to deal with the single rail line that runs in front of them. So what does all this mean? Absolutely nothing....when 4000 passengers have to depend on four Customs agents that want to verify EVERYONE coming ashore.
