We did a back to back cruise so it was very smooth. We went as a group to Immigration, got cleared and were walked back up to the ship before everyone else was brought onto the ship.

Food and Dining

All of the dining areas were kept very clean. The food was always hot when it was served. I enjoyed all of the selections I chose. The food looked appetizing and smelled great. The Steakhouse was delicious and we felt very well cared for.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the whirlpools on Serenity Deck. The pools were too hard to get in for us. We need the concrete stairs to go in and get out. They only had metal stairs. The pools were extremely small and the kids took over the space. The kids used the whirlpools like pools and we did not want to get in them if the kids were jumping in and out. I was not impressed with the swimming pools.
Entertainment

The shows were good and they used the stage as well as they could. The live band in the show was fantastic. We really enjoyed the trio that played classical music in the atrium. We would go to the atrium early before dinner to listen to them. Matt is a great Activity Director! We really enjoyed his sense of humor. He was really fun. The DJ was good too.

All of the staff was very friendly and did their jobs well.

The whole ship was very clean. The common areas were always clean. I was not impressed with the lack of pool space.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was big enough for the 2 of us. We had enough storage space and more than enough closet space. The cabin was immaculate. Our stewards were great and took very good care of us.
We went to Mr. SANCHOS. FANTASTIC! We had gone the week before but we did not go in the shade. This time we were in the shade and it was much more enjoyable. The waiters were very attentive and the pool was fun.
