Needa much better ventilation to accommodate the extra cigarette smoke in the casino area. Smell kept lingering to upper decks and cabins. Once aboard ship in atrium, you could smell it

Less closet space, stains on carpet, smelled like cigarettes at times.

Ship tip

It's way too crowded, no glass elevators, not the same carnival experience as previous cruises. Smells like cigarettes

We absolutely loved our wait staff and room steward on the Vista. Their service was phenomenal. Maybe we just got lucky. Who knows. That's just my experience

I agree, I think you get more personalized service from the room steward and Waiters in the dining room on Conquest class ships. The whole crew is just spread too thin and overworked on the huge ships
