Nice trip.. Curacao and Aruba were awesome.. do plan on spending at least $100.00 or more per person for gratuity added to the bill at the end of the trip.

We prepay the tip also, it’s not that much to start with and tip a bit more. Why would anyone want the grat removed from their bill? If you’re going to be tight with the crew, stay home.....

Prepay is the way to go, then we give a little extra to those we came into contact with like our room steward. You should never ask customer service to remove the tips! It’s a small amount of money to begin with and people “behind the scenes” depend on it and work hard for it.

I prepay because it also go to crew that you don't see. We may also tip extra.

I always prepay and give a little extra.

Ty do know this gratuity is discretionary. You ask customer service to remove the fee and then tip on your own terms. I always give my room attendant $100 and I tip the staff accordingly

That's why I prepay gratuity.
