We had a GREAT TIME!! If you have a chance to cruise with Matt he's the best cruise director

The embarkation process was the only down side to our cruise. The staff at the Miami cruise port were very disorganized and sending us to lines we didn't need to be, but once we were on the ship it was smooth sailing

The staff at all the restaurants were very good. The wait staff we had Made, Komang, and GD were fantastic. They took care of us and made sure our dining experience was the best. We also got to experience The Cheif's Table and I was on the fence about it before we did it but we are very happy we did. All I can say is the food was AMAZING

We requested to have our cabin cleaned twice a day and we really didn't need it. Wayan and his staff keep our room spotless. They always said good morning and have a good day. They called us by our names everytime they saw us.
