We had a party of 14 for early dining in the Reflections dining room , table 123. Ema Self I Triana was fantastic ! ! She was very friendly and professional . She addressed us by name even though we always change our seating arrangements . She made every effort to accommodate our pickiest eater. When one of our party was badly injured during an excursion , Eka made sure every night after that the couple was taken care of. Gerard was always smiling and engaging. Utoro always on his game with a smile. Lalaine, our room steward, kept our room spotless. She checked it at least 3 times a day.

Ship Quality

Our only complaint was the casino location and smoking . We often found ourself having to cut through in order to go from Limelight to Liquid Lounge to make the next show. As a non smoker I found it very hard to breathe even for the minute or so that I was there. Also, the smoke often filtered into the Atrium spoiling it for us. The ship itself was always clean.
