The servers Phoebe Rosa& Stewart were very friendly, personable & attentive. I would suggest getting fountain sodas placed throughout the ship for self serve for the bubbles card ( even if you do like Universal & have a chip in cups) It was not always convenient to find a Diet Coke.

Drew was Fabulous along with the other dancers! We could not have been more pleased! They even called us by name when passing in the stairs!

Agung was wonderful- left our room clean & tidy daily. Very friendly & helpful with several questions 🎉 HOWEVER- My room had the smell of urine. After I mentioned it with guest services, they tried to fix it or cover up the smell with spray. One night I woke up 3times because of this smell. At time of checkout - they compensated by a couple pictures & jewery. That was nice but for 4 days of this????????
