Review summary
We really enjoyed the cruise. We still have a lot to see of the Vista. Time flies by when you start visiting each port. We have plans to be back on her in the Havana cabins. It was a blast! Since hurricane season was not nice to any of us, our ports of call was Amber Cove, DR, LaRomona,DR, Aruba and Curucua. When we left home we were under a tropical storm watch and flew into Miami under a hurricane watch back at home. My family back at home was on my mind heavily when we set sail. I worked for ALDOT for 25 yrs and I know way too much about hurricanes. I've spent many days and nights on call with cat 4 and 5's, they're not fun by any means. Very frightful. I say all of this because the storm came in on my family but it was a cat 2 in MS and cat 1 when it reached the shores of AL. With all of that said, my prayers go out to the family and people on the islands that were devastated by the hurricanes. Most of all, Puerto Rico. God Bless them in this critical time. 🙏🏻♥️ Carnival, we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise! Schwartz also was another favorite of ours. He was great!Embarkation
