Due to all the hurricanes that were going on at the time of our trip we were not able to go to the original places we had for the cruise. We went to other places and I must say they were all very nice. The only port I did not enjoy was La Romana in the Dominican Republic. Very dirty and was a sore site. I understand the Island has its issues, but that port should be cleaned up to make it want to entice people to look forward to visiting that area.
Embarkation

The embarkation was not good at all. We waited outside but that was not bad but once we got inside it was a total mess. The waiting was ridiculous. On other cruises before, you got on a line and the line would move until you got to the service rep and you were take care of. Now you wait around with people all over the place and you had to look at two screens on opposite sides of the room and see what group was going to embark. People were going left or right bumping into each other. No organization whatsoever! Before at least when you got in you would get on a line, wait your turn and it looked organized, were take care of and then you moved on. The embarkation needs to be changed for better, it was made worse.

When it came to the food and drinks it was exceptional. Many choices for you to see what exactly you wanted to eat or drink!

Many things to do on the ship. The onboard activities were great. Did keep people entertained.
Entertainment

The entertainment was great. The Cruise Director, the dancers the comedian's etc. were all fantastic. The only problem on the Cruise ship Vista, the entertainment stage was very small. Could not get in as many people as you were able to on other smaller ships. They made these rooms smaller so the lines got bigger to get inside and then after waiting on a very long line you had to wait for the next showing b/c not enough seats.

The ship was beautiful but I must say that being such a huge ship many things were left out on the Vista. On other ships the Mezzanine is elegant and luxurious. On the Vista not so much. it looked very nice but it's missing that wow effect. I felt something was missing. It was kept very clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was nice and spacious, enjoyed the balcony and it was very clean.
Ship tip
Totally enjoy yourself, go to each restaurant and enjoy all the different foods they have and just have fun, fun, fun!!
