We had a great time. We enjoyed the boat, staff and excursions very much. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The dining room staff we had were wonderful and always made my son feel special. Matt, the cruise director, kept the ship lively and made it a lot of fun. The Kid's Club is top notch and they all work so hard. So many options and for so long! Made the trip for our son really fun. Made it fun for us as well, because we could enjoy some adult time!

Food was very good. The lines for the buffet and pizza were unacceptable. Way too long of lines and timing for them were poor. We did any time dining and had wonderful experiences with all the staff in the dining room. Very friendly and hard workers. We were placed in Olga's section on the 3rd floor (393 I think). She was so wonderful. Enjoyed every minute. Food was really good.
Onboard Activities

Loved the pools (all though crowded). Glad there were monitors at the pool and water slides now. The sky ride and ropes course was a lot of fun as well. This too had strange hours while open. Wish it had more hours since there are 3,900 people on the ship and the were closed on some port days which we didn't arrived until 2pm in Aruba. And didn't open earlier when we were leaving Curacao. The waterslides were a lot of fun. The crew working on the top and bottom kept everything running smoothly. Lines were not bad at all. Milan (maybe) was very nice and a hard worker watching the kids in the pools and at the slides.

Matt, the cruise director is great. As well as his staff. Loved Punchliners. I enjoyed how they had PG shows available for families. Wish there was maybe another late show available.

Everyone is great and hard workers. Our room attendant, Daniella ( room 6382) was wonderful. The entertainment staff, especially Matt, made the ship great. The 2 girls at the apothecary bar were fun and very friendly. Loved the punchliner shows. The wait staff were great there.

Loved our room and the balcony. Daniella was great with cleaning our room. Always spotless and very quick.
Ship tip
It's a great time. The ship is a bit crowded with so many people and if it rains, there's not really a good central point on the ship that fits everyone. The pool was a bit crowded at times. The buffet lines and the pizza lines were unacceptable. Over 45 minutes to get a slice of pizza because people would get to the counter and get 6 pizzas at a time. I wish there was a 2 pizza minimum at one time that could be enforced.
Yes. All-inclusive beach excursion. It was lovely. I did not love the drive through the sewage area, but the beach and resort area was great. Food was delicious.
