we had lots of fun because of the group I was with. There are things to improve upon and things that were just fine. My teen enjoyed the arcade and teen club with his friends. alcohol is very pricey so be prepared for that if you drink. As long as you don't mind waiting in long lines for everything you'll enjoy it. Its a huge ship with about 4,000 people but having been on an equally big ship on Norwegian I know this can be better organized.

dining rooms were OK. Food was decent although some days many of us didn't like any of the choices. the only option for anything healthy was grilled chicken. Buffet food was average. Lines were unbelievable long. You need to get on line 30 min before you were even hungry. Impossible to get a cohesive meal.. if you wanted a sandwich and side salad ..these are 2 different lines so plan on lots of time before you're going to actually eat.
Onboard Activities

Pool was nice although small and crowded.. decent music, plenty of chairs. The fitness center was small and crowded if you wanted to do anything not on a treadmill. Meaning 1 set of barbells, 1 bench tiny tiny lifting area. I had to modify all workouts because I simply could not get equipment needed.

Comedians were pretty good. Of course some better than others.
Service and Staff

staff was mostly great. Room steward was fri9endly and nice and made sure I had ice at all times as requested. We had a 16 person table in dining room with 1 waiter who barely understood English unfortunately. We had t complain to get an additional waiter and were told we were to have 3 and never had more than 2. So dinner took a very long time.
yes we did an island tour. While the tour was fine our time was short and the beach near the port was awful. Rocky and full of seaweed. I have been to Provo many times. Its stunning. Grand Turk was not nearly as nice.
We tried to do an excursion ( off ship)and were given a price, paid and loaded in the van. We could not all fit ( 21 people) and then insisted we sit on laps and then tried to double the price. Words were exchanged and we were threatened. We got out and hung out at the port having $5 mojitos and had fun there instead. Complete downpour of rain all day anyway.
Sadly rained all day but we did take an island tour and aquarium visit along with Curacao liquor factory. The aquarium dolphin show was wonderful and tour guide was very nice. Liquor factory was fun with free tastings and a nice gift shop.
