Review summary

We had a great time, but the kids were upset the bikes and slides were closed most of the time. The pools are too small. Also there are really only like 3 pools. We could not get into the Havana Bar AT ALL. there are only hot tubs in the adult area. No pools. Food was closed at random times and you could not get it. It may be a while before I cruise again. All inclusive sounds way better!

I was not told that the drink package had a 15 drink limit so that was a surprise getting on the boat. The taco stand was only open for a few hours. When we got back on the boat the 3 days were ported it was closed. also there was a Guy Fieri BBQ place on the boat but it NEVER opened. Guys' burger line was always ridiculous and you had to wait a long time

The slides and bikes were closed for at least 3 out of the 6 days. The kids were very upset about this as they were looking forward to that the most. We were told it was because of the wind.

The Director Matt was great! We looked for entertainment depending on what he was hosting. He is VERY funny!

I signed up our 3 kids for the camp. We have 10, 11, and 14 year old boys. The 10 year old could no go to camp with his 11 year old brother and that was upsetting as he had to stay with extremely young children so the 10 year old never wanted to go to camp. The 11 year old liked it and went back a few times. The 14 year old went in for 10 minutes left, and never went back. He didn't want to do selfie scavenger hunts

We loved the towel animals!!!!!

Ship tip

The room cards constantly kept becoming inactive. This was very annoying as the kids had a drink package and he could never get it. Went to guest services twice to get the card activated and it still didn't work after that.

The Havana area is reserved for the Havana guests during the day. It's a perk of paying a little more for the Havana rooms.

Sorry you had a bad time. Was this your 1st time cruising? When you order Cheers ahead it is in the description. Different restaurants are open at different times. That is the same on all cruise lines. The boys should have been together so I don't know why- Sharks â ages 9 to 11 . Better luck next time

I had the same issue in Europe on the Carnival Vista withe the Sky Bikes. They were closes 95% of for the time on a 9 day cruise. it was disappointing. They claimed it kept breaking down

The water slides also close due to high winds, especially the water slide on the Vista with the raft. A kid can get blown out of the stairs

I've seen other posts where the bikes have been closed due to high winds, not sure why though water slides would be closed

pizza bar is usually 24hr and deli will be open until 11pm/midnight.
