Review summary

I would highly recommend any cruiser to sail on the Carnival Vista. I was very satisfied with the service of everyone. The night life was great. The 4th of July party was exciting and worth attending. The military appreciation ceremony is a can't miss.

The main dining room was exceptional. Our wait staff was very timely and attentive.

The onboard activities were exciting. I wish the shows and comedy shows had later times for those with late diner settings.

The special effects were great. However the singing was that great. I would have like to see more diverse cast.

The staff was great and they really went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying yourself.

Ship tip

The cruise director (Matt) and the entire Carnival Vista staff went above and beyond. The car cruise director was very personable. I enjoyed the military appreciation ceremony. It with attending.

The process didn't go smoothly. I think the porters should do a better job with handling baggage.

We loved Vista last December. But have to say the liquid lounge is a pretty big miss. Way too small, poor sightlines and cramped. That said, the entertainment and everything else was great.
