How does the cheers package work? Still both in a cabin need to purchase it?

Learned our lesson on our first cruise, always get the cheers package! That final Sign and Sail bill will take the wind out of your sail? Ha

Actually found them reasonably priced in comparison to restaurants/bars. I'm guessing that you didn't get cheers pkg. Without it, you can rack up a large bill to pay at the end.
