guest services was fine - we had FTF for we didnt wait shore excursion desk was another story - Veronica was beyond rude - no personality nor willingness to help. she was so very rude to a elderly passenger i stepped in and helped them understand an excursion

my 12 and 14 year old loved the experience. Salvador was so great with them. i was in the club when a 14 year old punk mouthed off to him and cussed him out - i would have probably ended up in big trouble but Salvador calmly told him the rules are ...and if you do not want to follow them you will have to leave ! the kid left and salvador returned to the rest of the group without missing a beat! i would have removed the kids lips :)
