Review summary

The only reason they even got a 2 is because our Steward was great and the pool entertainers were good . It would take a lot to ever get me on a Carnival Cruise again. I called them today and told them everything and they could care less

terrible - They told us we could get in our rooms early bc we had a suite . Got to the suite and it was dirty . There was actually poop in the toilet . So we had to walk around the ship for hours with our luggage bc when they said we could go to our rooms early we decided not to check it

Well, we only got to sit down as a family once in the main dining room because there was always a wait of over half an hour for a table . So most of the time we had to stand in line like a school cafeteria and serve ourselves food we don’t really eat

I made an appointment for a pedicure for 11:45am. Before accepting the appointment time I told them I needed to be completely done, dry and out the door by 1:15. They assured me this wouldn't be an issue . They asked that I get there a few mins before . I got there at 11:35, 11:45 comes they don't take me. They finally get me at 12:05 and I ask them if that is enough time Will i be completely dry by 1:15 like I said I needed to be. They said no , first suggested i wear flip flops and when i told them i needed to be completely dry bc we were going in the water she said Okay, we can just do a gel manicure but it would cost you $25 more. I told them that is ridiculous and walked out without a pedicure. The salon was a complete scam to get more money

Our room Steward was named I Made and he was awesome! Pretty much the high point of trip Guess services were rude and unresponsive. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they’d send someone and no one contacted me

Easy but then again I couldn’t get off that ship fast enough . Getting off the boat at ports was horrible and took forever

Suite guests get to board early. 1:00 is standard time for cabins to be ready. Unless you have FTTF which has cabin ready at a earlier time. Making a reservation for anytime dining has your table ready without a wait. Too bad you let some things ruin your vacation. 😞

First cruise? Too bad you didnt have a good time. Next time do bit of planning. For dinner chose assigned dining that way you wont have a wait. What time did you try and get into your room? I would not expect it to be ready before 1,even a suite. Pools are good size. I don't know what you are used to.
