Review summary

Overall the cruise was amazing. The only issue I have is that our room was flooded and we were not compensated. I went to customer service several times and they continued to say they did not get a report on our cabin, which they did and a supervisor would call our cabin, which they never did. They gave my mom a credit and the room on the other side of us but not ours. I explained to customer service several times, we made the report on our way cabin as well and the ceiling directly above our door was down and water was dripping on our heads when we entered and exited the room. The ports of call were beautiful though
