Review summary
My husband and I planned our 25 Wedding Anniversary Cruise 6 months in advance. This would be our first cruise with Carnival and will be our last. Our stateroom was not clean. When we complained to Customer Service notes were taken then the young lady asked if I could take medication for the mold and dust allergies. I did not want to ask what she would suggest to do about the window you cannot see out of (Ocean View). During previous cruises dining experiences were great. This time there was long lines and cold food. The food choices were limited to 2 menus in the main dining room. Dining room staff appeared overworked as they were arguing very loudly. They waited to serve until all seats were filled in a section then meals were served together. We were alone not with a section. In the other areas, lines were 30 minutes long just to get in many times with one area open.Ship experiences
