Review summary

We booked a grand suite. It was filthy. The carpet was filthy, the chairs we had removed and asked for replacements. They looked like someone had thrown up on them, along with the carpet. We were on the 7th floor. We booked that floor because it had the nicest suites. The people directly across the hall (7-301) would have loud ghetto music on all night. They were traveling with 6 rooms surrounding us. They stood in the halls all night and pounded on our door, along with their friends,,, they were so drunk they were not sure which room was their friends. They ranged from ages, 14-30. It was not fun,, it was scarry.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Our table was set for 6. The wait staff would not have all the place setting parts at the table. Silverware, or plates or glasses were missing each night. I thought our waiter did not have an assit. (Trying to get our water glasses filled was even a chore.) We did not see an assit. until the last night.

Our room person said there were no clean chairs, and if he were to have the carpet cleaned it would be wet for two days!!!
