Review summary
Loved the port selection for this trip, but there are some pretty sketchy fees that are added without actually informing you of it. We were initially billed $70 per person (so $140 for my wife and I) for 'gratuities'. Anything that you purchase aboard the ship has gratuity included; literally EVERYTHING. So, in addition to that they want to bill you another $70 and only mention it in an offhand way. We met some people on the cruise that informed of us this charge and that provided us the knowledge to go down and have them remove these charges. We were leaving tips for our steward/head waiter on our own and did not need them to bill us an additional amount. Overall the staff was excellent and we enjoyed the cruise thoroughly.Ship experiences
