The ONLY PERSON that made this cruise nice was our cabin steward Charles

We’re priority and we went through the priority line and then they stopped us and made us stand in the long line with Everyone. We explained to the people and they were rude and told us there’s nothing they could do about it. All of the platinum and diamond members went through that. So that was our first sign that service was going to be bad.
