I do not think we will do a holiday cruise again, it barely felt like Christmas on board, and the cruisers were rude and unruly. The cigarette and the smell of weed were always present. Food was horrible and 80% of the staff was not happy to be there. This just did not hit like it should have. Did we have a good time in spite, of course? We had to laugh off the horrible service and it became a joke to see just how terrible the next meal would be.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The food was mostly disappointing, we had a few decent meals but sadly overall we were hungry for 10 days. There was no variety and no difference in food from MDR to Buffett. The burger and Taco place was never open after 5. The water, tea, and coffee areas were continually closed. The pizza line was extremely long. The pizza was good the first few days then they stopped cooking it long enough so it just became gross too. The biggest part of the cruise was eating and NONE of it was worth it.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The activities were ok, we were mostly bored. Bingo and Deal or no Deal got expensive.Trivia was always packed and you could never get a seat. The veteran's event was nice, but then the follow-up meet and greet there was nowhere for the Veterans to use the "Heroes" lounge because they had football on and the lounge was packed. Really poor Coordination of events. Honestly after day two, it all felt like a cluster.

Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Over half the staff had terrible attitudes. We made sure anyone kind in the remote way was thanked and tipped well because the service was so bad I needed the few people who tried to know how much we appreciated them.
Ship Quality

Ship tip
It is not as glamorous as you except. There really isn't that much to do, unless you like buying art and spending more money on fine dining and all the things they "Sell"
if you get down to Jacks Shack without being accosted and stolen from you are winning. There are scammers from the moment you get off every 2' and they won't leave you alone trying to sell a lounge chair they have no rights to.. BE VERY careful. Also, watch the wood line down by Jack Shack, some men hide trying to steal children.
