I was aboard with my Husband celebrating Our Pearl 30th Wedding Anniversary. Our room was NOTHING as described. I explained that we're celebrating We received a suite with an obstructed view. The balcony continued to flood. No light access.

Obstructed view is a window with something in the way of a full viewing area. You had a balcony and it flooded. From what? Waves? Pictures don't fully match the description of your complaints. I call bs....

Looks like the only thing obstructing your view is the curtain. Wow, you had an anniversary, nobody owes you anything. Like everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

I don’t understand this review. If it’s true, cruising definitely isn’t for you. You picked the cabin or didn’t research it. Why would the balcony get flooded. Doesn’t make sense. And ALL the ports 1 star. Why? You didn’t like any of them?

Sorry for the bad cruise. I've been on a lot of cruises and have cruised for a really long time. Have had a lot of good cruises and a few bad ones. My opinion cruising has gone down in the past 5 or so years. Service, food, and cleaning. Which matter to me. Thank you for your review. All of our reviews matter. Try not to notice the negative people who don't want to accept the truth. When something is wrong it should be pointed out and fixed.

Some people think they are special and deserve more than they paid for 👀! The room location was up to you to either choose if not you let the cruise line do it, then tough luck! All ships have issues they run 24/7/365, so that's a lot of wear and tear, and they try very hard to fix anything that's wrong when notified. Then there are some passengers who have no respect for anything.

you obviously picked a rare where the line or ta picks your room. many people are celebrating anniversary, birthdays, etc. why do you feel you shouldn't have been given an obstructed balcony room? don't want the obstruction, pick your room next time. . everything broken was fixed, so not sure what your deal is

Bogus review. I hate when they taint their reviews. Obstructed view gave even the ports 1 star. They didn't show how the balconies view was obstructed and carnival replaced the broken items. I don't see how this warrants a bad review. When you pick your rooms it clearly states obstructed view. Doesn't look like carnival is to blame for your room.

Most people are celebrating some milestone when they cruise. Not sure why you felt you were more entitled. Do your research before booking. Not sure why all the ports only got 1 star. Maybe cruising isn't for you.
