This is the worst cruise vacation ever and wasted my time and money. I won't book any cruise vacation with this cruise company.

Buffets are not much to us to choose. Waiters in the main dinning room missed our orders for so many times. Or it would take more than half an hour for the ice cream to come.

Not much activities to do. The pools from and back water are so cold, was not able to get in the pool, I know other ship they will have one heated pool available on the ship in case of the weather.

The waiters from main dining room are not professional and they have missed our orders so many times. I had problem with the ac in my room and I had to call the guest service twice to have someone to fix it. The room was so hot and I was waiting for over 2 hours. The staffs are not friendly and no smile on their face. Plus they are not helpful and they sent you to the wrong floor.

They need to have more directions to tell you where to find the places. The elevators are ridiculous. You have to waive in front of the bottom then select the floor you want to go and look for your elevator. It won't stop in between if you realize you need to stop somewhere.

The floor was so dirty and the beds are uncomfortable.
I have seen so many reviews of the August 19th cruise. Some say it was terrible and others say it was the best cruise ever. I think a cruise is what you make it.
