This was my first cruise and enjoyed my experience. Plan on taking more cruises

The cruise was extremely fun we didn't have any problems getting on and off the boat at the ports and it was a very fun cruise for the price we also got lots of pizza which was my favorite thing to eat

If you are on the fence about getting FTTF. Get it! You get priority boarding the ship and your room is available at 11:30 compared to 1:30. Was on the ship there was chaos. I woyld recommend going to your room and staying there until your safety briefing as people are everywhere and the food areas were not terribly clean and customer service wasn't exceptional. After this chaotic period there was much less chaos.

The Suite we stay in was great and the view was great as well.

We had such an amazing time on the Valor! Five days goes by way to fast. Cozumel and Progreso were a blast, tour guides were awesome.

We experienced many disappointments. Our group was not able to sit together in the dining hall, our toilet leaked sewage onto the floor, the waiters in every place onboard refused to bring me water when asked if I wanted a drink (unless someone at my table ordered alcohol or soda), and every restaurant closed 30 minutes before scheduled close-time. Terrible experience. Also there were never enough seats in any venue/activity. We had to get to everything at least an hour early if we wanted a seat. The only highlights were the comedian JR McCollum, Nicole from funsquad, Brent in the Deli and our room steward Komang.

Overall we had a great time. If it is your first time ask questions by calling Carnival cruise line and ask those who have been. Find out what each ship has to offer. Also ask about the port stops; what is there to do at the stop such as the excursions. Use the itinerary that is given about activities & entertainment on the ship. Just enjoy your cruise and have fun.

Everything was great! Beginning to end! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We disembarked today and the past few days have been amazing. Our suite was spotless and our steward, Audyu, made sure we had anything and everything we could need. We aren’t big crowds people so we were able to join in when we wanted and had a nice hideaway on our balcony when it became too much. Here are my biggest takeaways... Having a suite or FTTF is going to be a must for any future cruises. Check out Serenity on decks 12 and 14 forward if you are kid free. The lounge chairs and chaises are nicer and you’ll have a better view. Scarlett’s steakhouse is worth every penny. I would have loved to eat there every night. The service was impeccable and it was the best steak of my life. Talk to all the crew members. Ask questions. Find out about them, their homeland. You’ll learn some really cool things. If you do anything in the Eagles lounge bring a sweater. It’s coooold in there. Grab a drink at a nearby bar (Winstons for the Washington Dining Room) before heading to the dining room. It takes a while to get a cocktail. Don’t miss the after dinner entertainment in the main dining rooms. Avoid deck 5 mid ship if you aren’t a smoker. Even the mid ship stairwells start to smell after a while. Speaking of stairs. Take them whenever you can. Elevators are always busy. Trivia in the lobby is a blast. Just don’t take it too seriously. Karaoke was a great time. Trust me, someone is going to sound worse than you. But everyone enjoys themselves and cheers for all. Careful trying to take naps. Use the snooze door hanger. And don’t be surprised if announcements wake you up. Go the the front balconies on deck 7 or 6 when coming into port. It’s a great view. America Rocks the last night was the best show of the cruise. Don’t miss the dance party after in the lobby. I hope you all relax and enjoy your next cruise. Most importantly, you do you. Don’t be concerned what others are doing on their vacations. We disembarked next to people who didn’t enjoy theirs. You make your cruise what you want it to be. Don’t expect someone else to do it for you.

Had a wonderful time. It was my daughter's 16th birthday and her first cruise. The staff took care of us so well, she's ready to go again. Loved the cruise!

Wonderful cruise, couldn’t imagine having a better time anywhere else.

Please see my comments. The staff was rude and uncaring, they would run over you if you are in their way! So many tables left unclean and we ask to sit at one with our plates in hard the guy said okay and continued to clean a table that no one was waiting on, then proceeded to take those dishes to the kitchen while “We” the guest just stood there with now cold food! This ship was awful and the staff was worse! The balcony was painted and washed while we were cruising on the ship! The room was so dusty and the telephone and cabinets were dirty with spilled drinks or something. The dinner wait staff was just as terrible! No manners, very slow and uncaring. My massage was the only highlight although it was late and I started falling asleep in the waiting room but the upgrade me, so that was nice but I have not intentions of cruising with Carnival again.

All I can say is.... the perfect cruise for me! Because of the Valor and it’s crew, this is the reason why I will continue to cruise with carnival.

We had a great experience on this cruise from shows to lido pool entertainment to nightly movies to all the food you can eat

It was a great Cruise, the ship was clean.Room 7201 was great beds were comfortable. The Stewart did a great job. Looking forward to my next Cruise next year....

Special appreciation to our room service gentleman. He was very helpful. I wish we could get him some kind of rewards.

This was our first cruise and we were very pleased! Can't wait to go again! The wait staff, room stewards and many more were so sweet and made us feel very special as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary❤ The ship is one of the older ones but she is still quite beautiful. The food was awesome!! If you get a chance, you must eat at Scarlettes Steakhouse!! It was delicious!! I guess the only complaint was disembarking! It was very disorganized and lacked a lot of instructions, especially with priority.

I have gone on 2 Carnival cruises and both were great.

Fun cruise. It was wonderful being waited on and cared for by a wonderful staff. Food not as good as I hoped.

1st time I have cruised will go again to the right place but needed more time to sight see for me.
