we joined the Washington Restaurant every night. The atmosphere was great and all the service staff were friendly. The meals were very well prepared. The waiters Phoebe, Ongla, and Pin did great jobs beyond expectations.

Tip daily. I leave $5 - $10 dollars a day when they are exceptional stewards. About the price of a coffee. I think of it as getting them a drink on me.
