Would definitely do this cruise again but would like to do 7 days AND do more excursions.

A little disappointed that buffet and MDR have same menu now But food was decent! Wish they would leave cookies & desserts out later for late night snack. Pizza needs MORE employees if that's the only late dining option. Very long lines but good tasting.
Onboard Activities

Need larger area to play cornhole. We were first cornhole champions. Wished Trivial Pursuit would return. Wished spa items weren't so expensive. Hot tubs had too many kids without supervision.

Disappointed that main show wasn't until night before last day due to new cast & new show but they performed EXCELLENT. Could have use more shows. Motown & 80's needs larger space than Main Bar on Deck 3. DJ was the BEST!!!

Would like to recognize the following: Austin Morris was the BEST & MOST entertaining cruise director I've encountered on 9 cruises. He was very approachable and SO much fun. Uni, from Indonesia, Atrium Bar on 3rd deck was mine and my husband's favorite bartender. She gets an A++ for always remembering our name and our drink of choice. Noni at Effy, from S. Africa hands down the BEST jewelry guide I've had on a ship. Will follow her wherever she goes just to buy my jewelry from her. A++. Thomas, from Indonesia, our room steward had esp. He knew our names and just the right time to clean our room. He was so quiet but we LOVED his attention to detail. A++. And last, but certainly not least, Analyn at Customer Service from the Phillipines, was SO helpful with our questions and our account. She genuinely made us feel like we were NOT a burden like others have in the past. Hope to encounter ALL these Carnival people again in the future.
Ship Quality

Older ship BUT room was clean and A/C was cold. Others, not so lucky. Heard complaints all over the ship about A/C not working in their rooms. Loved the room in the comedy club and the theater. Loved the Art Auction. First time participating. Learned alot. Adrian was amazing.
Cabin / Stateroom

A couple of our lights were out but didn't affect stay. Usually get balcony but didn't have the extra $ this time but we managed with the smaller space.
Ship tip
Look past the age of the ship & notice the positives. Beautifully decorated & staff was excellent.
Loved the beach excursion at El Fuerte Beach Resort. Beach & water were excellent. Got the BEST massage for ONLY $35.00. Food was delicious. Luke, resorts owner, greeted all of us who came. Vendors just a little bit pushy but we're used to that. We just try to be polite.
How do they know when to come in and clean our rooms? It’s amazing, isn’t it? You leave to go do something and come back and everything is so nice and tidy! It’s like they sneak in and do some magic! :)
