The food was tasteless at the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. The deli had decent food. Guys burgers was great as well as the steak house.

Was not impressed with the ships overall appearance. It needs to be majorly updated. For the most part it was clean. They do need trash cans all over the ship

At first glance it looked like a clean room but once we really started looking it over I don't think it had been dusted in months and the windows and mirrors was nasty

Ship tip

I wouldn't recommend taking this ship. Pool areas are very small so if you have kids that maybe and issue.

Of all our cruises, the Valor was my least favorite ship. I agree it’s outdated. I’ve never had a bad cruise, but I won’t go on that ship again - and I went in 2016 so I can’t imagine how it is now.

Last time I checked this is my review if you don't like it that's fine but I'm going to be honest about how my trip was. If you enjoyed your trip that's great as for me I want go on valor again. And to the smartass that said build my own boat go be a keyboard hero somewhere else! If I spend thousands of dollars I expect to have decent food not feel like I'm in a mess hall in a prison!

Oops. There needs to be an edit button… I was not done. Progreso is rich in History and Culture. You missed out on Authentic Mexican food, cenotes, and really neat ruins. Chichen Itza is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, that you could have taken an excursion to. The Valor is not my favorite ship. There was only one less than fun & friendly bartender that I encountered.

Sooooo, you go on cruises to nit pick I go to relax, release, and rejuvenate. Maybe you need to stay home or build your own boat
