We had a great time. I wish there was more interaction with the cruise director. We only seen him a couple times throughout the cruise unlike past cruises where you would always see them walking about engaging guests. He was a great guy though.

Mario and Jonathan were great waiters for sure, our room steward kept the room clean but I have no idea who it was. Never saw them.

Ship was really clean, I hated the layout though, made me feel as though I was in a 1970s house. It was so boxed off.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was clean but never got to enjoy the balcony because of the loud engine noise located above the balcony. Could not ever hear the waves which is why I wanted it.
Getting off the ship went great but getting out of the port was horrible. The lady directing passport/birth certificate lines was rude and caused chaos trying to get out.
