Overall everything was great, the ship is awesome, staff and entertainment was great, food was great, and I was able to finally relax!

This has nothing to do with Carnival, but New Orleans needs to do a better job with the crowds and early arrivals! Every time we have left out of New Orleans, it has been a hassle! I will say the people were nicer this time around.

The food is always great! The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because the Guy’s burgers were over cooked, but still enjoyable! Had sushi for the first time and for the price, it was fantastic! I will eat more on my next cruise! Also found the best Scotch I have ever tasted! Drank that every day! We did any time dining this time and we were always able to get a table within 10 minutes of checking in. Oh and love the new Hub app!
Onboard Activities

There was always something going on! We LOVE the Valor band Outer Space! They were very entertaining. We also really enjoyed the Rock show! The other shows were great too but we have seen them on previous cruises.
Entertainment

Again the Valor band Outer Space was fantastic. They also had a couple singing in the atrium that was very good too. Sorry just can not remember their name.
Service and Staff

As usual they were all so very attentive and always had a smile on their face! Rafa took very good care of us and always made sure we had ice 2 times a day! The only issue I had was with the blonde in the coffee bar! The many times I saw her, she never had a smile on her face. I just hope she is ok.
Ship Quality

Love this ship! I just may have to deal with the port in New Orleans so I can sail on these ships more often. Although most of Carnival’s ship have a similar layout, it seemed this ship was easier to navigate! They ship was always clean and love the new air purifiers they have in the casino area! Never smelled smoke until I went into the casino! The one thing I wished the Carnival staff would get tough on are people that vap. They feel like they can do it when ever and where ever they want! I told several people to stop. Some did and a few did not.
Cabin / Stateroom

Love the size of the L shaped room and the larger balcony! The room is next the the service stairs for staff, never hard anything from the stairwell!
Always love Cozumel. We went to Passion Island for the second time! The water was perfect, food was awesome, and the local beer was good after a couple of them. The margaritas were not that good, but I am not a margarita drinker. I spent most of my time in the water, with a beer in my hand. If you have never been to Passion Island, you need to go!
