Review summary

Long lines became very frustrating. In particular in the 9th floor food area. Overall better organization could have improved long lines. Diversity in entertainment and food would have moved a lot of three stars to 5 stars. We were leaving from a very ethnically diverse port and travelling to an ethnically diverse port and I did not feel like that at all. It felt like I was taking a cruise from Indiana to Kansas (if that were geographically possible) and in terms of diversity. Please really consider reviewing this critique.

The main dining room was amazing. The portion sizes were perfect. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. I did not give a five star, because it could have had more options for vegan and vegeterian diners and could have had more options for desert options. Buffet could have had a lot more variety in food. The pizza was very good, a highlight of the buffet.

The last music show was the best and all shows should have been up to that standard. Deal or no deal was the most entertaining. Could have had much more diversity with music choices. We were on a cruise to Mexico leaving from new orleans and there was no Jazz band???? and no latin music?? the lack of diversity in both the entertainment and food was disappointing.

Did not have any children in our travel party.

Service and Staff

Dining room staff was very attentive and polite (Onur, I Kadek and Marites). Also the gentlemen who cleaned our room was very nice and attentive. Staff was a highlight of the cruise.
