We had the best waiter and room steward! By the end of the cruise we considered them to be our friends.

Due to the Coronavirus we were so impressed with the measures taken to keep the ship clean and sanitized.

Our steward Achmad took very good care of us and our cabin was always very clean. He was very kind and friendly!

We loved our excursion to the Reef Hotel all inclusive resort. It included a Mexican Buffett and drinks. The swimming pool and grounds were beautiful. The ocean was very pretty there too.

We highly recommend Twister Jet boat ride to Isla Pasion excursion. We took a speed boat to the Island and the boat ride was a lot of fun! This was a kid friendly excursion. The Island and Ocean is absolutely beautiful! This excursion also included a free Mexican Buffett and drinks.

Disembarkation

Getting off the ship for disembarkation was made easy to understand by the Carnival Staff. Once we got off the ship to continue disembarkation we didn’t appreciate getting yelled at and talked to the way we did. We were talked to very rudely. Not sure if it was Carnival staff or Port Authority or a combo of both.
