Review summary

My cruise was good except the social plan on the internet would not pick up anything except for the hub. At the end of my cruise I got a message from att saying the ship charged me $126.00 for hitting the ship towers. A crew member from carnival set up my phone for the internet plan when I boarded on the 10th of February, so I don’t know what happened but I’m pretty upset that I paid for a social plan and then had to pay for roaming at sea and still couldn’t do anything other than the hub. I will never buy an internet package again.

Our room steward Sirikorn was great. She was very attentive and always greeted us by name when she seen us in the hall which was a lot. Seemed like she worked all the time.

You are suppose to have your phone on airplane mode when using the internet plans. We always get the social media plan and for the most part, it works. Uploading pics takes a minute but being able to DM and post comments are no trouble. We mostly get it to DM each other on the ship when we separate.

The internet thing happened to us we didn’t add the travel pass with our phone service bc in Mexico we didn’t need it .. but got home our bill was over $900 bc our phones bounced off ship towers and we had the internet plan too

Glad you enjoyed the cruise. The Internet service on most crew ships is hit or miss. We just use it as a good time to put away our phones and disconnect for a week.
