Didn’t get the name of our waiters in dining room but three of them were the best and our room stewards Samosir(tel) 32441 was beyond excellent ,our room was always so friendly and nice.he was the best .we tipped him extra when we left.need more steward like Mr samosir .

Port was great and it was beautiful loved everything about it ans clean also.shore excursion we did was combo of off road 4X4 ,speed boat and beach.had so much fun.

I like progreso but needs to have alittle more things at port to do like Cozumel.port in progreso was a little small but clean.the shore excursion we did was corona beach party .it was ok not what they advertised but our tour guide was the best always checking on us .food from restaurant was good and waiters(clean restaurant)
