Scarlet Steakhouse was delicious - the lobster bisque is the best we have ever eaten. Ate meals in the dining room - no complaints. Buffet hours are short!

Not much interaction with room steward - not impressed with him. Service was good but slow at lounges & bars - dining room and steakhouse service was great.

The cabin was nice, however, the door at the dressing area would not stay open (kept open with a bath towel) and drawers opened during the night in the bathroom and bed areas. Dangerous when you get up in the middle of the night and don’t turn on lights as a courtesy to others.

Port shopping gave enough options for souvenirs. Did not do excursions.

Not much in way of shopping at port - did the free shuttle into town. If doing an excursion at only one port, I would suggest it be at Progreso. Not much to do within walking distance.
