Review summary

I’ve been on plenty of cruises. Bring only what you need and pods to do laundry. Pack your patience because there are plenty of people on the ship and everyone enjoys their holiday differently. Be respectful to others and always mind your manners especially to the staff onboard and other guest. We had a great time and ignored the racist people we encountered, we didn’t let it stop our vacation

It was a quick processs, maybe 15 minutes total We got there 30 minutes early and I thought we would have to wait but we got straight on and because our cabin was on Deck 11 we didn't have to wait to get our keys or for the rooms to get ready.

The shrimp tacos salads and breakfast burritos were really good. I eat seafood fruits and veggies and this place never failed me

The experience was good the food was amazing the mushrooms🙌🏾🙌🏾. I could eat them all day. It was good to go on the first night bc we didn't have to get all the way dressed up and we got a free bottle of wine.

Guy's Burger Joint

It was a little disappointing they didn't have veggie burgers, they told us to go to the deli and when we went to the deli they told us it was at guys burgers. So we just got fries from there.

I just had to walk out my cabin and a few steps away was the spa and gym. It was a great way to start the day off working out and being on the open water

So much candy, even candy you forgot about from being a kid.. I loaded up and it came in handy when I had a sweet tooth.

Serenity

So peaceful and relaxing. We had no problems finding a good spot to sit and listen to music. The jacuzzi was empty and we heard no kids or the music from the lido deck

Our room steward Achmad was really good, he briefed us on what to expect pulling into progreso and what areas to stay away from. He always created us and it took him only one time to learn our names and the other couple we were as well

Our sliding glass door was cracked but they knew about it. The only thing about being on the 11th deck people on the serenity spa could look down into our cabin. It wasn’t covered, so when it rained we couldn’t even step outside
