The Maitre D' was amazing. My husband had to cancel at the last minute because of work, I understand not being reimbursed for his fare but they made me pay for his alcohol package even though he wasn't there to drink....seems petty on their behalf.

The shows were on a very small stage and the entertainers were not that good. The director was great.

I would have given 4 stars but Jocelyn at the front desk was so rude, to multiple people. Iris was very friendly but the experience with Jocelyn left a VERY bad taste.

Ship Quality

You could not get to the dinning room with out going up to floor 5 and then down to floor 3. They had multiple elevators not in use so we saw many people in wheelchairs that could not go to dinner.
