Yes. Private tour and guide to the town of El Cedral with lunch and snorkeling at Playa Tortugas

No set excursion. Wanted to walk around the town. Took free tour bus down 4 mile pier into town. Walked from bus drop-off to beach. Hard to enjoy the town with the constant harassment to purchase goods, beer, margaritas and beach chairs

In Carnivals defense I heard ship had 3 slow moving vessels in front of it, which created a delay in arrival, and rumor has it we were kept from desembarkation until they secured person with Warrant for Arrest.
