Overall it was an ok cruise. There were a lot of kids and teens that we didn’t expect but it was fine. I really wish more guests would’ve followed the dress code and be respectful. I also was frustrated that we got waitlisted for our dining however the maitre ‘d was able to get us sat at a quite table at the early dining and I enjoyed it the rest of our dinner time. I’m not sure I will return however if we do it will be at a different time of the year.

Food and Dining

The first night meal meat was a little chewy, we also sat by people who kept dropping they glasses and making a lot of noise. Guests also did not follow dress code for dinner. I loved the java cafe. They were so yummy! And the sushi was awesome! I do wish however the beverage package wasn’t so high either.
Onboard Activities

The pool was crowded but the shows were good and the comedy shows were great. Contests were also fun to participate in even though we weren’t winners lol. I always love the art. I loved the shopping. Very nice fitness center. I wish stuff just wasn’t so expensive. I would’ve done more except I couldn’t because of money. I didn’t anticipate it being as high as it was. For ex.. the spa’s services were high.

The design was beautiful. I did notice a few design things had popped off in the elevators. The bathrooms were over all clean
Cabin / Stateroom

The Cabin was good clean and always aimed to perfection. It was perfect for the two of us!
Ship tip
I wish the photographers were a little more professional than they were. I didn’t buy a lot of pictures because a lot of them didn’t turn out either because of light or flares and pushy sales people
I didn’t really get to see it because we had a hard time getting around because we didn’t plan to spend money on taxi cabs so we didn’t get to any beaches we just shopped and we either were yelled at by Mexicans or whistled at.
Loved progreso. It was beautiful and loved seeing the ruins and putting our feet in the cenote’. We actually had little fishies nip at our feet! We loved every minute
Not sure why people think they can get away with complaining that there are children around... It’s the same as discriminating against any other demographic. Shame on you.
Not sure why you were surprised at the children and teens at this time of year. Many schools get out mid-May in our area and many children are home schooled now. The best way to avoid lots of children is to take cruises of 10 days or longer, go to departure ports that are harder to get to such as San Juan, Barbados, etc, or take premium cruise lines such as Oceania, Regent, Crystal, Symphony or Viking (no children allowed).
